Application and Enrolment

Many of our courses are geared toward beginners and no prior knowledge of a subject is required. If a course has suggested pre-requisites, they are shown on the individual Course details page.

Our courses attract students with a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise, so we make sure to have instructional experts, forum discussions, and additional help available as needed to provide personalised feedback and support.

All USP Global courses require:

You will need to have your own computer (either a laptop or desktop) or access to a computer whilst at work to complete your learning activities.

You’ll also need access to high-speed internet (wired Ethernet connection is strongly recommended) and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you feel comfortable focusing, preferably in a private room.

Billing and Payment Options

If you have a credit card we accept payment online via PayPal – all you need to do is follow the prompts when you enrol in a course.

Learners located within the Pacific States, can also pay in person at any of The University of South Pacific cashier desks located on a USP campus. Please check here for cashier locations within your locale.

To make payment and finalise your enrolment this module, please use the following steps:

1. Print your USP Global invoice

2. Head to the cashiers desk at your closest USP campus and process payment: For USP campus locations head over here here.*Please note: You must have a printed invoice with you as this cannot be re-generated on campus.

3. Once you have completed payment send proof of payment to openedu@usp.ac.fj and ensure you attach a copy of your payment receipt from the cashier.In your email please include the following:
   a. Your Full Name
   b. The course in which you enrolled
   c. Your USP Global invoice number
   d. A photograph or copy of your payment receipt

4. Once we have received your payment confirmation email, the USP Global team will finalise your course enrollment and activate your course access.

5. Enjoy your studies!

A learner can request a full refund up to 5 days after a course commences.

Learners requesting a refund after the 5 day limit will need to apply for special consideration in writing, with a decision to be made by the Pro-vice chancellor Flexible Learning & Director for USP Global and Centre for Flexible Learning.

Requests for refunds are to be made through the email.

All courses and bundles purchased at a discount rate will be refunded at the discounted rate.

Students will be liable for any PayPal fees.

Study Outcomes

After completing an USP Global course, you will earn an USP certificate and credential which can be validated, recognised and shared on social media platforms.

Learners who are currently undertaking or have completed the entire Aviation Law, Safety and Security Program are eligible to receive; 10 CLE points upon completion of the full Aviation Law program from the Board of Legal Education Fiji.
